If you do need to reschedule your appointment,
you must contact me at least 2 months in advance and the deposit can be applied to that rescheduled session.

**Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen & Terms and Conditions for Session Bookings**

Die Rechtsbeziehungen unterliegen dieser AGB auf Deutsch. Die englische Übersetzung dient lediglich Informationszwecken. Im Falle von Abweichungen ist die deutsche Fassung maßgeblich.

## TEIL A: ALLGEMEINE GESCHÄFTSBEDINGUNGEN (DEUTSCH)
### 1. Geltungsbereich
Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) gelten für alle Terminbuchungen, Dienstleistungen und Sessions zwischen der Anbieterin und dem Kunden. Mit der Anfrage oder Buchung eines Termins erkennt der Kunde diese AGB vollumfänglich an.
### 2. Ausschluss von kostenlosen Vorgesprächen (Kein Freechat)
* **Keine kostenlosen Chats:** Es finden vor einer Terminbuchung keine kostenlosen Vorgespräche, Beratungen oder ausführliche Chats statt.
* **Kostenpflichtige Beratung / Vorgespräch:** Wünschst du vorab eine individuelle Beratung, eine detaillierte Besprechung von Sonderwünschen oder ein persönliches Vorgespräch, ist dies ausschließlich als **kostenpflichtige Beratung (ab 100 €)** buchbar. Der finale Preis richtet sich nach dem individuellen Aufwand und Umfang der Anfrage.
* **Kostenpflichtiger Chat:** Für einen rein schriftlichen Austausch oder ein Kennenlernen außerhalb einer gebuchten Session stehen ausschließlich die kostenpflichtigen Chat-Angebote zur Verfügung.
### 3. Buchung, Anzahlung und Terminbestätigung
* **Verbindlichkeit:** Zur Vermeidung von Scheinbuchungen (Fake-Games) und Ausfallschäden wird ein Termin erst nach dem vollständigen Eingang der vereinbarten Anzahlung bzw.
Vorkasse verbindlich reserviert.
* **Zahlungsfrist:** Geht die vereinbarte Anzahlung nicht innerhalb der angegebenen Frist ein, wird die Terminreservierung ersatzlos aufgehoben und der Termin für andere Gäste freigegeben.
### 4. Stornierungsbedingungen und Ausschluss der Rückerstattung
* **Keine Rückerstattung:** Bei einer Stornierung, Absage oder Terminänderung durch den Kunden wird die geleistete Anzahlung bzw. der im Voraus gezahlte Betrag **unter keinen Umständen erstattet**. Dies dient dem Schutz vor Fake-Buchungen und dem Ersatz des entstandenen Verdienstausfalls.
* **Nichterscheinen (No-Show):** Bei Nichterscheinen zum vereinbarten Termin verfällt der gebuchte Anspruch vollständig. Eine Erstattung oder Nachholung des Termins ist ausgeschlossen.
### 5. Gesetzlicher Ausschluss des Widerrufsrechts
Gemäß § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB besteht bei Verträgen zur Erbringung von Dienstleistungen, die für die Erbringung einen spezifischen Termin oder Zeitraum vorsehen, **kein Widerrufsrecht**. Jede Buchung ist somit unmittelbar nach Bestätigung und Zahlungseingang verbindlich.
### 6. Verspätungen
Bei einer Verspätung des Kunden verkürzt sich die Session-Zeit entsprechend der verspäteten Ankunft. Das Honorar ist dennoch in voller Höhe für die ursprünglich gebuchte Zeit zu entrichten.

## PART B: TERMS & CONDITIONS (ENGLISH TRANSLATION)
### 1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all appointment bookings, services, and sessions between the provider and the client. By requesting or booking an appointment, the client fully accepts these terms and conditions.
### 2. Exclusion of Free Consultations (No Free Chat)
* **No Free Chats:** No free initial consultations, advice, or extended chats take place prior to an appointment booking.
* **Paid Consultation / Initial Talk:** If you request an individual consultation, detailed discussion of special requests, or a personal preliminary conversation in advance, this can only be booked as a **paid consultation (starting from €100)**. The final price depends on the individual effort and scope of the request.
* **Paid Chat:** For purely written communication or getting to know each other outside of a booked session, only paid chat services are available.
### 3. Booking, Deposit, and Appointment Confirmation
* **Binding Reservation:** To prevent fraudulent bookings (fake games) and loss of earnings, an appointment is only bindingly reserved upon receipt of the full agreed deposit or advance payment.
* **Payment Deadline:** If the agreed deposit is not received within the specified deadline, the reservation will be canceled without replacement, and the time slot will be released to other guests.
### 4. Cancellation Policy and Non-Refund ability
* **No Refunds:** In the event of a cancellation, postponement, or change of appointment by the client, the deposit or prepaid amount **will not be refunded under any circumstances**. This serves as protection against fake bookings and as compensation for lost revenue.
* **No-Show:** In the event of a no-show for the scheduled appointment, the claim to the session is completely forfeited. No refund or rescheduling will be provided.
### 5. Statutory Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance
with Section 312g (2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB),
there is **no right of withdrawal** for contracts concerning the provision of services linked to a specific date or period. Each booking is therefore final and binding immediately upon confirmation and receipt of payment.
### 6. Delays / Late Arrival
In the event of late arrival by the client, the session duration will be reduced accordingly. The fee remains payable in full for the originally booked duration.
